What aspect ratios and sizes do I get?

Video comes in vertical 9:16 for Reels and TikTok or widescreen 16:9 for your storefront and ads, as a clean MP4. Photo sets come in square 1:1, portrait 3:4 or vertical 9:16, in batches of three, four or six shots. You choose the ratio before each generation.

A 10-second vertical (9:16) product video of a two-tone steel and gold wristwatch, racking focus across the fluted bezel, green dial and cyclops date lens. Made by Nitaris from one product photo, sized for Reels and TikTok.

The longer answer

Every film is a polished ten seconds. Ten seconds is a deliberate length rather than a limitation: it is long enough for a real camera move to land and short enough to survive a feed, and it means the file you download is the file you post, with no trimming.

The two video ratios map onto the two places product video actually runs. 9:16 fills a phone screen for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. 16:9 sits inside a product page or a display placement without letterboxing. Both come out as a clean MP4 — no watermark on paid files, no re-render needed to switch format; you choose the ratio when you set up the shoot.

The still ratios exist for the same reason. 1:1 is the safe listing square that most storefronts and marketplaces are laid out around, 3:4 is the taller portrait crop that gives a product room in a grid, and 9:16 gives you a full-bleed still for a story or a paid social placement. Batch sizes are three, four or six shots per set.
